Jeremy Mandel
Jeremy co-founded Soho Bay Group with Michael Stein. At Soho Bay, he leads the investment sourcing efforts as well as internal administration. Previously, Jeremy worked for real estate developer DAB Investments, focused on luxury residential developments in architecturally significant building. Prior, he was a founding principal of the real estate investment firm Cooper Square Acquisitions, which now owns/manages over 300k SF of real estate across New Jersey.
He is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and resides in Manhattan.
Michael Stein
Michael co-founded Soho Bay Group with Jeremy Mandel. A Soho Bay, he leads investment/financial analysis and investor communications.Previously, he served as employee number two for a Manhattan-based hotel investment fund –playing a lead role in growing the fund to an enterprise value of over $2 billion.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, a former All-American 800-meter runner in track & field and was also a nationally-ranked youth alpine ski racer. Michael resides in Manhattan.
