Jeremy Mandel
Co-founder & Partner
Jeremy co-founded Soho Bay Group with Michael Stein. At Soho Bay he leads investment sourcing and advises portfolio companies on their real estate strategies as well as creation of accounting/financial management systems.
Previously, Jeremy worked for real estate developer DAB Investments, focused on luxury residential developments in architecturally significant buildings. Prior, he was a principal of real estate investment firm Cooper Square Acquisitions.
He is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and resides in Manhattan.
Michael Stein
Co-founder & Partner
Michael co-founded Soho Bay Group with Jeremy Mandel. At Soho Bay he leads investment analysis, capital raising, deal structuring and due diligence. He also advises portfolio companies on cash flow management as well as materials creation.
Previously, he served as Head of Investments and Finance for a Manhattan-based hotel investment fund – he joined the fund at inception and played a lead role in growing the fund to an enterprise value of over $2 billion.
Michael is also an accomplished DJ in New York's house music scene – he has shared the stage with a multitude of A-list household names and has multiple venue residencies in Manhattan and the Hamptons.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, a former All-American 800-meter runner in track & field and was also a nationally-ranked youth alpine ski racer.
